Side Toe Points
1.	Right toe point out to the side, bring right together with left
2. 	Left toe point out to the side, bring left together with right
3.	Right toe point out to the side, bring right together with left
4 	Left toe point out to the side, bring left together with right

Kick Right, Ball Change & Military Turn
1	Kick right foot, (quick steps) step right foot in place, step left foot in place
2	Kick right foot, (quick steps) step right foot in place, step left foot in place
3	Step forward right, pivot 1/2 turn to left
4	Kick right foot, (quick steps) step right foot in place, step left foot in place
5	Kick right foot, (quick steps) step right foot in place, step left foot in place
6	Step forward right, pivot 1/2 turn to left

Shuffle & Military Turn
1.	Shuffle forward right = Right, together, right
2.	Shuffle forward left =   Left, together, left
3.	Military turn =              Step forward right, pivot 1/2 turn to left
4.	Shuffle forward right = Right, together, right
5.	Shuffle forward left =   Left, together, left
6.	Military turn =              Step forward right, pivot 1/2 turn to left

Right Jazz Box
1	Step right foot over left, step left, step right, step left
2	Step right foot over left, step left, step right, step left

Extra Information
This dance is the same as Ski Bumpus.  The only thing I have found to be different is 
that Ski Bumpus starts from the Shuffle & Military Turn and continues from there.  
Ski Bumpus is usually done in a single lines all facing front line of dance.
where as Black Velvet is usually done in two lines that face each other. 
Black Velvet							Line Dance
