Swivel BOTH heels in (with weight on balls of both feet, move heels so that right heel is pointing to approx. 7:00-8:00 o'clock...left heel pointing to approx. 4:00-5:00 o'clock). 3. Swivel BOTH heels back to home (with weight on balls of both feet, move heels back to where they were at the start of Step #2...both feet pointing to 12:00 o'clock...transfer weight to left foot). &.
